OK. the New Mexico and Ariz.?  That is Gods Tall peoples warning line. It is bitterly COLD above the line and our increased skin area makes it especially bad. There are no tall people north of Tenn. (like Louisville) any more. My younger brother left there as soon as UPS would let him.
