Here is a list of stores from which my wife, who is 6'2", and myself, 7'2" and 325 lbs., have bought from.  Maybe there are a store or two in this list you didn't know about yet.

Dont' forget our "home-grown" clothing stores... Vertical Workshop for TALL men and Tall Genez for TALL women!

Hugo Boss Red Label works for me at 6'6" for dress shirts, suits. I couldn't find a coat that had broad enough shoulders, and Hugo Boss came through again there too

Tall girl's is now closed (Is there no God?!?). The only way to get their clothes is by either googling Tall Girl Shop and going onto Long Tall Sally's website where they still have a small selection of clothes you can order online OR by going to their remaining store in Canada.

Tell your wife that there is a cute shoe store called barefoottess.com and they have shoes for women sizes 10-15...thanks for the below links
