I've been working out for the past few months, and I've gained about 35 lbs. I don't look any different unless you'd seen me before and after with my shirt off, but honestly I hoped I would've gotten mroe dramatic results than this.

Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

How old are you? Gaining 35lbs is pretty dramatic results, although on your 6'7 frame its definitely going to spread out a lot more. Your legs and glutes have probably put on a good amount of that mass as well, which would be harder to see.

Congratulations on putting all the hard work in and doing what you have done so far. You should share your diet and exercise routine with the rest of us. Also, make sure to take in plenty of protein.

I think you should eat about 1-2g of protein per pound of desired body weight. Also the human body can only digest about 50-60g of protein at one sitting. Probably means you are going to need to eat a bunch of high protein meals throughout the day.

I have some friends that are body builders and their constantly talking about how much weight they've put on in muscle. I too have been working out but with the idea that I'll be losing that weight and toning my muscles!!

Part of me feels like the idea of working out to gain weight is just absurd. However I do understand the reasoning.
