Disney needs TALL actor on Oct. 14
Hello TALLS,
This is sort of short notice for a TALL acting job on Wed., Oct. 14 in Torrence California (near LA). At $108–$118 per hour for an 8-hour job, it might be worthwhile for someone to travel for it. They need a young man to play a very tall version of Zeke in an episode of the Disney XD show Zeke & Luther. That means 6'10" to 7' tall, 20-ish, thin, Caucasian with a pale complexion (he'll play a redhead). He'll need to become a member of AFTRA (actors' union) for the job.
Elana Staehli is the casting director. She would like photos/heights of interested parties emailed to her at [email protected] as soon as possible. Probably best to send a head shot and a full length photo.
Sounds like lots of fun. Hope we find them a new TALL star!

Oh man! Just now found out about this. Hopefully someone from here found this posting and was able to apply. If not, I hope we get to learn who got the part.
It does make me think we need to set up something on here about acting, as we do see this kind of post occassionally. I myself landed the main role in a horror flick set on a golf camp. It was pretty low-grade horror and in the end the funding never came through, but I was really looking forward to dunking a guys head into a ball of tees and seeing how the special effects guys were going to do stuff. Course, thats a bit divergent from Disney.
