Feel free to ask any questions about sites like these. Its sort of what I do all day long. As quick tip number one, you usually go to other persons profile and leave them a comment. That way they get an email that you have left them a comment.

People leaving comments on their own profiles is something that happens a lot on here. I need to figure out how to turn that option off for people, but its not too big of a deal.

My mom still hasn't gotten comfortable turning the computer on, much less joining a site... she's in Canada still so it's hard to teach her from here.
