Hugo Boss Red Label works for me at 6'6" for dress shirts, suits. I couldn't find a coat that had broad enough shoulders, and Hugo Boss came through again there too

You could also start a group, like "readers of tall fashionista" or something, and there is an option in the group set up for having an RSS box. It'd also give you an extra area for discussion about your blog, comments and as the owner of the group you'd be able to email members that joined group.
