Interview with KAT SMITH
You are a woman of many talents: writer,
model, radio show host, and entrepreneur
…to name a few. Tell us how writing got
included in the mix.
Believe it or not, although I have been public for most
of my life, I was very shy growing up. Because I had
difficulty expressing myself verbally, I found comfort
in writing my feelings in journals. My first book was
a collection of poetry from those journals titled
Love the Vicious Cycle.

- Katherine “Kat” Smith is formerly co-host of a four year syndicated morning radio show with ABC Radio Networks, Inc. and has an extensive background from presently holding a position as a Media Specialist for the U. S. Census Bureau to beginning her modeling and acting career at age seventeen. She is a member of The Screen Actors Guild, The Writer’s Block and The Writers Guild of Texas.
In Kat’s career as a writer, she has been published both domestically and internationally and is a publisher, game manufacturer and speaker. She is also the author of The Book Seller’s List, Publishing Step by Step and Love the Vicious Cycle. Most recently, she has released two books - The Naked Author-Exposing the Myths of Publishing, and I’m Tall You’re Not So That Makes Us Even.

Jonathan Alvarez said… - I did listen to the show however, not the day it aired live. I watched it via a podcast on iTunes. Interesting conversation and I wished I had listened to it when it was live because I would have liked to call in and voiced my opinion. Particularly on the subject of dating, Im ~ 6 ft tall and Im not intimidated to date women your height and taller. I hate it when tall women slouch and dont wear heels. Personally I think flats look ugly especially on a tall woman. If you are tall, I say show it off.
