Must be the all the steroid-laden meat and Captain Crunch we ate here in the states. Actually it's a pretty cool biological experiment pitting genetic vs. environmental factors.

Its funny you mentioned it, because so many people have asked what the cut-off is, and I've tried to explain that internationally the cut off is not only different but maybe in centimeters or maybe some measurement like hands or something.
