ok - I wrote up a little blog post. Maybe other people can add to it I did not want to get too specific, but maybe this is enough to give people an idea where to start. I have seen a lot of tall people with terrible backs and once you damage your back, it is very difficult to have peace.

Sure I will write up what I know, but it will be generic as a person should probably talk to the right kind of a doctor.

On the office chair. I found something very comfortable, but I'm nowhere near your height. It was a matter of sitting in chairs in about every new and used store I visited. And this was København and Aarhus. Here people worry much more about ergonomics than in the US.
